Standard — BDT 2,500 / USD 25 per month
All free content, plus: access to premium and industry-specific legal templates; one written advisory response per month on a defined legal question; subscriber newsletter with Bangladesh law updates; and priority response to general enquiries.
Professional — BDT 8,000 / USD 75 per month
All Standard features, plus: two video consultations per month (45 minutes each); document automation access (employment contracts, board resolutions, NDAs generated to your specifications); precedent library access; and dedicated email advisory with 24-hour response commitment.
Enterprise — By arrangement
Tailored retainer for multinationals, development finance institutions, and organisations requiring ongoing advisory, board secretarial support, regulatory compliance management, or dedicated partner access. Fee structure agreed following an initial scoping discussion.
One-Time Services
Specific matters including company registration, contract review, trademark filing, NGOAB applications, and dispute advisory are available on a fixed or time-based fee basis. A fee estimate is provided before engagement commences.
All fees are exclusive of government filing fees, court fees, disbursements, and applicable taxes (VAT at the prevailing rate applies to services).
