1. Legal Consultation Appointment Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule a confirmed legal consultation without penalty by providing written notice via email to [email protected] at least 24 business hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. Consultations cancelled with proper notice are eligible for a 100% refund of the consultation fee or full credit toward a rescheduled session.
2. Corporate Retainer & Subscription Cancellations
Monthly corporate retainers (SME, Enterprise, Foreign Investor Desk) operate on a 30-day billing cycle. Retainers may be cancelled at any time by giving 15 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Fees paid for the active monthly cycle are non-refundable once legal counsel has commenced.
3. Non-Refundable Statutory Government Disbursements
Any fees paid directly toward statutory government disbursements (including RJSC registration fees, stamp duty challans, court fees, BIDA OSS processing charges, and DPDT trademark filing fees) are strictly non-refundable once deposited with the respective government treasury or agency.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, BEFTN, Card, or MFS) within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
