Subscription Services
Paid subscription services are subject to the subscription terms presented at registration. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as specified. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
Limitation of Liability
LegalBD’s liability in connection with services provided through this platform is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the relevant claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
