REFUND POLICY

LegalBD.com (“LegalBD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process for our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services. By using LegalBD.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Refunds are granted based on the type of service purchased, the stage of service delivery, and the reason for the refund request. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to [fix@legalbd.com].
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
A. Legal Consultations:
- Full refunds will be provided if the consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
- If LegalBD cancels a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
B. Legal Document Drafting & Advisory Services:
- If a refund request is made before work has commenced, the client is eligible for a full refund.
- If work has partially commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and service fees.
- No refunds will be provided for completed services.
C. Litigation & Dispute Resolution Services:
- Due to the nature of litigation services, refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon in the engagement letter or service agreement.
- Retainer fees or advance payments for litigation are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
D. Vendor/Partner Lawyer Services:
- Refund policies for services rendered by third-party vendor or partner lawyers are governed by their individual terms and conditions.
- LegalBD is not liable for any refunds related to third-party services.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
- Transaction processing fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.
- Fees for completed consultations, legal advice, and delivered documents are non-refundable.
- Any penalties or deductions applicable due to late cancellation or policy violations will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of submission.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- If a refund cannot be processed through the original method, alternative arrangements will be made at LegalBD’s discretion.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Refund requests must be sent via email to [fix@legalbd.com] with the following details:
- Client’s full name and contact information
- Service purchased and transaction reference
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documents, if applicable
6. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
LegalBD reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or website updates.
