LegalBD.com (“LegalBD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values client satisfaction and aims to provide a transparent and fair cancellation policy for our legal services. By using LegalBD.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

1. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES 

A. Legal Consultations:

  • Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
  • No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

B. Legal Document Drafting & Advisory Services:

  • If a cancellation request is made before work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
  • If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued, deducting administrative and service fees.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed services.

C. Litigation & Dispute Resolution Services:

  • Due to the complexity of litigation services, cancellations are subject to the terms agreed upon in the engagement letter or contract with the assigned lawyer.
  • Retainer fees or advance payments are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

D. Vendor/Partner Lawyer Services:

  • Cancellation policies for vendor or partner-provided legal services are governed by their individual terms and conditions.
  • LegalBD is not responsible for refunds or cancellations related to third-party legal services.

2. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used by the client.
  • Any applicable transaction fees or administrative costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES

  • LegalBD reserves the right to cancel or modify services in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • If LegalBD cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be entitled to a full refund.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

  • Clients must submit a cancellation request via email at [support@legalbd.com] or through their account dashboard.
  • The request must include the service details, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.
